My practice addresses a full range of corporate legal issues that business owners face, including the formation of new business entities, agreements among business owners, and planning for transition of ownership or dissolution. In addition, I advise clients on a variety of corporate contracts such as license agreements, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements, employment/consulting agreements, and related documents.
